At JS Global Vidhyamandhir, the vibrant spirit of Yoga Day was celebrated with enthusiasm and a deep sense of mindfulness. The students and staff gathered to embrace flexibility and wellness, one pose at a time, in our brand new, world-class school in Thiruporur.
We started the day with a peaceful morning assembly. To get the body and mind ready for the yoga positions that would come next, the sessions started with some simple warm-up exercises. In addition to the physical practice, the importance of mindfulness and breathing techniques was emphasized.
